Costi Hub is a new construction of warehouse and storage building with adjoining open-plan offices and locker rooms, strictly related to the activities carried out within the warehouse.

The warehouse will be primarily constructed using innovative materials and construction methods typical of modern logistics facilities. The load-bearing structure above ground will mainly consist of precast prestressed reinforced concrete elements, while the floor slabs will be made of hollow-core slabs with a structural concrete topping. The perimeter enclosure will be realized using translucent sandwich panels. The roof structure will also be composed of precast prestressed reinforced concrete elements.

The warehouse will form a single fire compartment and will include a battery charging room and locker rooms, designed in compliance with current regulations. In addition to the locker rooms, open-plan offices and related facilities will be located on the first floor, with a clear internal height of 3.20 m at ground floor level and 3.00 m at first floor level, measured from finished floor to suspended ceiling.

Access to the above-mentioned spaces, located at an elevation of +6.70 m, will be provided by reinforced concrete stair cores and an elevator shaft. The rooms within the compartment described above will be appropriately fire-separated from the warehouse area.

The area in front of the van loading bays will be protected by a canopy consisting of a prefabricated structure with a 3.00 m cantilever. Both loading bay areas will be finished with reinforced concrete paving to a depth of 18 m.

The remaining portion of the site will be landscaped and appropriately planted with greenery.
