CERTIFICATION NOTICE

“Certified B Corporation” is a trademark licensed by B Lab, a private non-profit organization, to companies like ours that have successfully completed the B Impact Assessment (“BIA”) and therefore meet the requirements set by B Lab for social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. It is specified that B Lab is not a conformity assessment body as defined by Regulation (EU) No 765/2008, nor is it a national, European, or international standardization body as per Regulation (EU) No 1025/2012. The criteria of the BIA are distinct and independent from the harmonized standards resulting from ISO norms or other standardization bodies, and they are not ratified by national or European public institutions.
B CORP CERTIFICATION
The achievement of the B-Corp certification in 2023 is a recognition of the path taken towards a responsible and conscious business model towards society, professionals, and the environment. Through a careful internal program, TEKNE is committed to raising awareness on various social and well-being issues, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and equal working environment, as well as sustainable for the environment and climate.

ECOVADIS SILVER MEDAL
EcoVadis is an international sustainability rating platform, ensuring 360° ESG monitoring on Environment, Working Practices and Human Rights, Ethics on Sustainable Purchasing.
Thanks to the commitment of the TEKNE community, we firtly achieved a Bronze Medal in 2024 which lead to a much deeper and conscious improvement path, now awarded with a Ecovadis Silver Medal in 2025.
ISO9001
To ensure customer satisfaction and pursue the continuous improvement of company performance, TEKNE has adhered to the protocol provided for by the UNI ISO 9001 standard, ensuring the quality, efficiency, and reliability of its services over time. The internal standards provide a basic organizational model complemented by specific requirements for the different business areas, promoting practices that reduce waste and improve the productivity and well-being of professionals through a series of processes aimed at meeting all the pre-set requirements.
ISO14001
With the aim of promoting and contributing to a sustainable world both in projects and in the daily life of the working environment, TEKNE has obtained ISO 14001 certification for a conscious and low-impact environmental impact management system. The reduction of waste, technological investments, and the promotion of environmental values both inside and outside the company are just some of the choices that TEKNE adopts as a business philosophy, aware and responsible of its daily environmental impact.
UNI PDR 125
Promoting a safe and equal office envirorment with welfare for all professionals in the company, TEKNE has achieved the PDR 125 Certification, a national standard evaluation criteria for Gender Equality, given to companies adopting policies that support gender equality in professional growth and opportunities, including reducing pay gap, equal parental leave, work-life balance and numerous other welfare processes and benefits.
This achievements proves TEKNE's strong efforts and committment to a sustainable envirorment also in human values.
