The project involves a high-end renovation aimed at transforming a historic building in the heart of Rome, into an exclusive luxury hotel.

The property, comprising four above-ground floors, a technical roof, and a basement level, will be converted into a five-star hospitality facility. The new hotel will feature 36 suites located on the upper floors (from the first to the fourth floor), with the top levels boasting spacious private terraces.
