Restoration and renovation of old buildings and villa pavillions into a five-star hotel
The project involves the enhancement of 1930s buildings in Oliveto Lario through a redevelopment and regeneration intervention of the existing heritage, creating a new 5-star hotel.
The 1930s buildings will be renovated and expanded to provide new functions while respecting their historical character, and to accommodate the necessary services for a luxury lakeside hospitality facility.
