HOTEL FRATTINA
Redevelopment of Building for a new hotel and aparthotel in Via Frattina area, in Rome
The complex comprises a hospitality building and a second residential property, both extending over several floors and embedded in the dense urban fabric of the historic centre.
The project reorganises the internal layouts, communal areas and service spaces, integrating new building systems into the existing structures. The historic urban setting, the buildings’ complex geometries and the limited availability of outdoor space are the main characteristics of the intervention and will influence the planning and organisation of future construction activities
