FOUR SEASONS MILANO
Hotel Expansion with a new Spa area, new suites and gym with suanas and pools
The existing Four Seasons Hotel on Via Gesù, in the heart of Milan’s Fashion Quadrilateral, expands through the annexation of the third floor of an adjacent building overlooking Via Montenapoleone.
The new spaces are intended for the creation of a mega-suite, designed to be subdivided. Movable walls allow the suite to be divided into three smaller suites, two of which feature independent Gym-Spa areas with saunas and pools.
The project focuses particularly on the connection areas between the existing hotel and the new extension, with careful attention to safety and access control systems, as well as building management and home automation systems.
