The operational headquarters of Andreas STIHL Italia in Cambiago brings together the company’s offices, storage facilities and main logistics functions within a single site.

The complex comprises a two-storey office building with a reinforced concrete structure and a large steel-framed warehouse used for the storage of gardening equipment. Facing the street, the office building is characterised by metal cladding and ribbon windows protected by brise-soleil. At the centre of the façade, a large glazed opening marks the entrance and brings natural light into the double-height atrium, which forms the main circulation hub of the building.

The project also includes the overall design of the external areas, with the construction of the loading and unloading yard, car parks, internal roads and landscaped areas. TEKNE was responsible for the detailed and executive design, Construction Supervision, and Health and Safety Coordination during both the design and construction phases.
