The redevelopment of the Velasca Tower, an original project by #BBPR and recovery by Asti Architetti, continues to receive recognition as an exemplary case of #renovation of iconic architecture of the Italian #twentieth century.
For this project, of which TEKNE oversaw the General Works Management with Andrea Ferraresi of the technical studio ing. A. Ferraresi, was awarded the honorable mention of the THE PLAN awards, recognizing the #value and #complexity of an unrivaled Milanese landmark.
It was fundamental to #collaborate profitably between all the parties involved, ensuring that the works management could ensure full #respect of both the technical and architectural design aspects, as well as the historical and artistic ones, thanks to the precious relationship with the Superintendence of Cultural Heritage.
