HOTEL IN PIAZZA CORDUSIO
New five star hotel in Palazzo Venezia
The project concerns the redevelopment, through conservative restoration, of the historic headquarters of Assicurazioni Generali, Palazzo Venezia in Piazza Cordusio, designed at the end of the nineteenth century by architect Beltrami.
Following a general strip-out, the building will be able to accommodate a new hotel, with 73 rooms and a reception-hall inside the dome.
The recovery of the internal courtyard, now used as a parking lot, will allow the construction of an
atrium with a breakfast room, while the roof terrace restaurant and a sky-bar will be set up, also accessible from the adjacent new shopping mall.
