Intermodal and Logistic Hub at the Milano Malpensa Airport

The Cargo City of Malpensa is the first logistics platform in Southern Europe. It allows to process about 600 thousand pieces of goods and is equipped with the most advanced equipment, being destined, by 2013, thanks to a development, thanks to an investment plan for 97 million euros.

 

Malpensa was recognized in 2009 by the magazine "Air Cargo World" for the cargo services offered by the airports: a commission of experts, which assessed the quality of the services provided - customer service, punctuality, contractual reliability, level of know-how - from companies and airports around the world, has indeed considered

Malpensa among the best European airports with a traffic volume below 500 thousand dollars, after Stockholm.


The Lombard airport is also listed in the world, after Memphis, Stockholm, Dallas, Washington and Orlando, but before Frankfurt and Amsterdam.
