BOSCO VERTICALE

Residential complex

The plan at the origin of the project is divided into two lots located in the Milanese Isola district, close to the city center and adjacent to the roads via de Castillia, via Confalonieri, Via Volturno, Via Borsieri.

This project envisages the development of a mixed-use complex that includes residential buildings, an office building class “A”, two cultural buildings, a small amount of space for shops located along Via Confalonieri and pertaining parking spaces spread over three underground levels.

The road system and green areas connect  the south side of the complex to the wider system of parks and roadways included in the Garibaldi Repubblica development plan.

The overall gross floor area totals approximately 72.000 square meters (including 30.000 square meters of underground parking).
The whole complex is designed for maximum energy saving that will be 30% better than the objectives fixed by law in 2010.
