The strip out operations of a building in the historic center of Milan have started and will be followed by a delicate renovation work, designed by ONSITESTUDIO.

 

The intervention’s purpose is to requalify the interior spaces, the court and the roofs and it is strongly characterized by the redesign of the interior façades, while preserving the original characters of the building.

 

The realization, which will be executed under the Construction Works Supervision of TEKNE, presents peculiar complexities due to the historical character of the building and its location in a central area, particularly fragile as regards the impact of the construction site.
