LEED GOLD FOR THE GIULIA HOTEL

The milanese Room Mate Hotel achieved the Gold LEED Certification, according to the 2009 Italy NC protocol, overcoming the expectations, which were for a rating Silver.

 

 

For TEKNE, in charge for the LEED Assessment and Certification and for the construction supervision, this outcome is especially remarkable, because it was attained in the very delicate context of the historic center and working on a historic building, mainly thanks to the careful management of the construction in its environmental impacts.
