The project for the new Loro Piana Headquarte in Ghemme is part of the expansion plan of the industrial complex.

TEKNE will provide design assistance in the following phases:

▪ Detailed planning, also aimed at the preparation of documents to obtain the building permits;
▪ Construction design, aimed at tendering the works.

The Architectural Design activities carried out by TEKNE will include all the civil works and internal and external finishing, necessary for the realization of the interventions foreseen by the Project, with particular regard to the deepening of the architectural project of the envelope, with the inclusion of the study of the layout of the works internal to the productive areas, offices and service spaces. TEKNE will take care of the design of the private outdoor areas (green areas, maneuvering areas and parking lots) within the lot.
