IBSA with about 200 employees in the Lodi 2 headquarters, has commissioned TEKNE the redevelopment and expansion project of the headquarters in via della Filanda 30. At the end of the works, the project foresees 6,000 square meters with offices, warehouses, canteen, conference room for 100 people and demonstration clinics. In particular, the main data relating to the works subject to intervention are recalled below:
 

• Expansion of the headquarters in Via Filanda 30, Lodi in the adjacent Ex-Toyota spaces.

• Arrangement of external areas (parking and green area with landscaping for outdoor workstations)

• Facade cladding with resistant and sustainable materials

• New communication entrance on the side of the Ex-Toyota

• Design of a canteen on the ground floor

• Spaces for socializing and coworking

• Connection of the existing mezzanine with a new mezzanine containing offices and clinics for product demonstrations

• Creation of a new warehouse in the former Toyota the. Creation of a staircase in the former Toyota as entrance focal point 

• Evaluation of a photovoltaic system for car parks
