The origin of the building destined to hotel is industrial/services, but its realisation had stopped to the rustic structure because of bankruptcy. In the project, whose architecture has been developed by Archh. Montesi and Costanzia, the building is “remodelled” with the addition of another floor. A large underground parking is foreseen, as well as an external parking.
The surfaces of the building are the following:
- no. 3 storeys above ground with 150 bedrooms for a total of 5.400 m2;
- underground parking for 66 cars.
