Residential and multifunctional complex in Ex Cantoni Area, Gallarate

The project foresees the transformation of a former industrial area abandoned, in a new residential centre completed with hotel, offices, retails. etc.
This area is located in the former Cantoni cotton mill, downtown Gallarate
The project code surface data will comply with those foreseen by the Urban Planning and will be of 69.830 m³.

The resulting gross floor area of the designed buildings consists of:

• tertiary: 1.850 m²
• tourist  accommodation: 4.200 m²
• residential: 24.450 m²
• underground levels (parking and caves): 16.000 m²
• underground public parking: 3.700 m²
• public square with fountains and arrangements: 5.200 m²
