The district of Bagni di Acqui is located outside the town of Acqui Terme, along Bormida river.
Some historical structures are still partially used, while the hotel built in the Fifties is fully operative.
“Terme di Acqui” wishing to relaunch the tourist-thermal activity, started a plan of investment in order to give a new boost to the area. This project is divided into different interventions, whose first phase is composed by:
- 4 stars hotel with 225 rooms in a tower building of 90 m high;
- thermal facilities linked to the tower hotel;
- fun/leisure centre of 2.500 m2 in the area of the open swimming pools;
- refurbishment of the historical building “Carlo Alberto”;
- thermal/leisure centre linked to the “Carlo Alberto” building.
