The project will foresee an area of 7.000 mq destined to residences (50 apartments) and shops arcade and 14.000 m2 destined to parking and warehouses. The three new buildings will re-design the shape of the entire area creating a pedestrian way which will connect Corso Como to the new Piazza Circolare located at 6 m height over the ground level. Along the pedestrian walk there will be a new shop arcade over which there will be 3 or four flours destined to residences.
The shop and the entrances to the residences will be placed alternatively. Every shop is conceived to be a “glass volume” in a contest of terraces and gardens.
The project will be carried out taking into consideration the possibility to include inside the typical design of the buildings of Milan and the new and contemporary design foreseen by Munoz and Albin.
