“Palazzo Carmagnola”, which dates back to 1415, after years of low-key use on behalf of the Municipality, has been let out to CONSOB, the Italian Authority for the Stock Exchange, which agreed upon the refurbishment of the historical building in order to settle their new headquarters in Milan.
The building, equipped with modern/up-to-date plants engineering/electromechanical systems, is four storeys high and is provided with underground automated parking.
The total surface of the building is 11.000 m2.
