New Infection pavilion of the San Gerardo Hospital in Monza

The Project foresees the construction of civil works  and plants for the realization of the New Infection Pavilion of the New San Gerardo Hospital in Monza.

The Pavilion  is composed of three above ground levels and one underground level; The first and second floors above ground are devoted to confinement rooms and they count of 16 two-beds bedrooms per floor for a total of 64 bedrooms; the covering floor is devoted to plants and air conditioning systems. Laboratories and day-hospital are at ground level. The interconnection with the entire Hospital is foreseen by means of the construction of a connection footbridge.

ISSUE OF VARIATION ESTIMATES

• The 1998 project has been updated  with an incisive energy external covering.;
• Every plant have been updated to the new requirements of the Hospital Administration
