The PII ( Plan of Integrated Intervention) is articulated in two allotments in the Isola district in Milan Down Town.
This project foresees the development of residential buildings, offices, two buildings devoted to cultural events, retails and a parking system composed of three underground levels, plus green areas and a new road network which will join the southward existing one already belonging to the PII Garibaldi Repubblica.
The art’s incubator is one of the two buildings at “quality standard” realized to house cultural associations and craftsmen already active in the area.
The building has a built area of about 800 square meters and will be air conditioned by means of a heat pump with emission zero. Solar and photovoltaic panels will increase the use of the sustainable sources.
