On the disused industrial area “ex Michelin” in Trento is foreseen the release of a residential, office and retail complex.
The project area will be of about 199.000 m2 and it will be developed as follows:
- 48.000 m2 for residences
- 8.500 m2 for retail buildings
- 28.000 m2 for office buildings
- 4.000 m2 for hotel and residence
- 11.000 m2 for the exhibition building
- 3.000 m2 for the multifunctional building (auditorium)
- 96.000 m2 for the parking structures
