Transformation and enlargement of the existing hypermarket built in the seventies into a new commercial centre including an hypermarket of about 25.000 m², with a sell surface of 17.000 m² and a commercial gallery of 32.000 m² with boutiques, medium surfaces (9.000 m²), refreshments and facilities (3.000 m²), Mall (6.000 m²), management offices.
The surface of the building is about 52.000 m², it is made of concrete prefab and it is equipped with the usual electromechanical systems.
The surface of the external area for parking is about 33.000 m². The surface of the underground parking is about 48.000 m². The assignment includes safety co-ordination during both the phases of design and construction, according to the Italian Law no. 494/96.
