TEKNE delivers the contract design of the Social Housing Project of Via Cenni in Milan.
EKNE appointed by POLARIS Investment delivers the contract design of the Social Housing Project of Via Cenni in Milan. The Design Architect has been the Prof Arch. F. Rossi Prodi while the key contribution for the X Lam wood structures has been from Prof Ing. Andrea Bernasconi.
Once built, this will be the tallest Italian building with wooden structures and one of the tallest of this kind in the world.
The total gross floor area is almost 18.000 Sq.m. The starting of construction works is foreseen in beginning of November and completion in about 16 months. TEKNE will take care also of Construction Supervision.
