UNIGRA' Spa Office Building

The project of the office building is due to the need of re-organize all the technical and administrative functions (purposes) connected to the factory.

Tha overall surface of the building is about 2.500 sq.m. distributed in 4 floors above ground
The main features of the building are:

• 1240 m² for offices
• 264 m²  for meeting rooms
• 96 m² for hall and reception
• 118 m² for services
• 357 m² for primary and secondary circulation (circuits)

A new entry to the factory with a new lodge is also foreseen to be located between the factory and the new parking (trucks and cars) to be realized. out side the building.
A small parking will be located in the back of the building.
