On the disused industrial area “ex Michelin” in Trento is foreseen the release of a residential, office and retail complex. The project area will be of about 199.000 m2 and it will be developed as follows:

• 48.000 m2 for residences;
• 8.500 m2 for retail buildings;
• 28.000 m2 for office buildings;
• 4.000 m2 for hotel and residence;
• 11.000 m2 for the exhibition building;
• 3.000 m2 for the multifunctional building (auditorium);
• 96.000 m2 for the parking structures.
