The origin of the building destined to offices is industrial/services, but its realisation had stopped to the rustic structure because of bankruptcy. In the project, whose architecture has been developed by Archh. Montesi and Costanzia, the building is “remodelled” with the addition of another floor. A large underground parking is foreseen, as well as an external parking.
The surfaces of the buildings are the following:
- no. 5 storeys above ground of about 800 metres each for a total of 4.800 m2
- underground parking for 15 cars
